Using manikins with a breakthrough design, I believe in utilizing the newest and latest educational tools that optimize learning CPR. These manikins allow us to provide instant visual feedback on chest compression depth and rate as well as complying with the new AHA guidelines. Building muscle memory is important in these life saving skills and that's why we not only utilize the latest manikins but also our choking vest that allows students to building muscle memory in learning Heimlich maneuver. We understand the demands of everyday life and strive to make our classes convenient and easy to learn. We offer classes at our comfortable, convenient locations that allow us to properly practice the skills needed to be prepared. I provide both group and private classes as well as travel to job sites and local businesses in order to train employees and emphasize a hands on approach. I service the city of El Segundo, Westchester and all of South Bay Cities including other surrounding areas of Los Angeles California. NOTE: Due to the global pandemic we are in, we are now offering Remote CPR AED Training for all students through both ASHI and AHA
I have paired with an amazing Training Center and Coordinator who has provided me excellent training in high quality CPR AED and First Aid. She has been teaching CPR since 197I and I chose to partner with American Heart Association and have the opportunity to further my educational training continuously. Prior to becoming an AHA CPR Instructor I have had over 12 years of experience in CPR classes as an BLS Provider in the dental world as a dental hygienist. Several years into practice I furthered my educational training to specialize in Mobile Dental Hygiene care for seniors and those with a a disability. In making a slight shift in career paths recently, I made sure I can work closely with the best in the field so that I can embody a comprehensive approach to teaching the skill of CPR AED and First Aid. As a new dental speaker and as the owner and operator of CPR Covered, I strive for excellence in educating my students on the "why's" of skills of CPR and the educational component of the skills rather then just the steps.

You will leave with knowing the skills for high quality CPR. By offering classes several days a week, we are able to keep our class sizes small, making learning high quality CPR Training so much easier!
